If client cancels within four weeks of event, they are liable for 50% of the booking. Within 2 weeks they are liable for 100% of the fee. Any cancellations prior to this will forfeit the deposit. However, if we can accomodate a need to change the date then we will!

If any of our musicians cannot make the gig through serious illness/accident, a suitable replacement will be found. In the highly unlikely event that the whole band is unable to make it, a replacement band will be found.
