We will arrive to set up approximately one hour before we are booked to play. We will need one hour at the end of the night to pack up again (so when you book your hall/venue please allow for this!!)

A Typical night will last roughly 4 hours, and include two sets of music and dancing, with a break in between.

An average of 4/5 dances an hour is taught if calling is required, sometimes more, depending on the dancers. When they need a rest, the band will continue the entertainment with singing and tunes. If no caller is needed then the band will play the music for the dances - as the callers are also musicians in the band this does not always need to be decided in advance.

The caller will teach everyone the dance first without the music. Then it is danced with the music, the caller supporting the dancers until they are confident of the steps.
